Exercise Routine

This is a quick intense interval exercise.

10 repeats, every 2.5 minutes, 2 minutes exercise followed by 0.5 minutes rest.

20 squats with bicep curls (10 lb weight each hand)

15 kettle bell swings (20 lb weight)

10 pushups

10 burpies.
